ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a full-time, onsite Client Service Associate (CSA) to provide operational and client service support to our advisory team. You’ll take ownership of client requests, prepare meeting materials, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a seamless client experience. This is a great next step for someone with financial services experience who’s ready to grow into more independence and responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Support & Relations
- Respond to client requests promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Build lasting relationships through clear communication and a client-first mindset.
Account & Operations Management
- Support account onboarding, transfers, beneficiary updates, and ACH requests.
- Run operational reports, monitor account maintenance tasks, and distribute action items.
Meeting & Calendar Management
- Prepare and review client meeting packets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Schedule client meetings, manage multiple calendars, and coordinate annual client review cycles.
Data & Compliance
- Maintain client records and compliance documentation in CRM (Redtail).
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and firm-specific compliance guidelines.
Technology & Process Improvements
- Serve as a key user of our technology platforms, assisting with troubleshooting and updates.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and share ideas to enhance efficiency.
Team Collaboration
- Mentor peers on routine tasks and contribute to cross-training.
- Collaborate closely with advisors and operations team members to deliver excellent client service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 1–3 years in financial services, client support, or professional office operations.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; CRM experience (Redtail preferred).
- Comfort with learning and managing technology platforms.
Licensing: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 preferred (firm support available for candidates pursuing these credentials).
Mindset: A help-first attitude, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, with potential bonus based on performance.
