Joanne Smith brings a thoughtful, organized approach to her work and thrives in collaborative environments where attention to detail and teamwork make a difference. Outside the office, Joanne is inspired daily by her two children: her son, Preston, who serves in the U.S. Air Force and is currently stationed in Alaska, and her daughter, Linnea, who is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Game Development. In her free time, Joanne enjoys reading, DIY projects, gardening, supporting local charities, and spending time with her sister and her golden doodle, KJ.
